Steve Carlton has been a member of 10 All-Star teams and 3 World Championship teams. He led his league in Strikeouts 5 times, Victories 4 times and Earned Run Average once. Carlton won the National League Cy Young Award 4 times in 1972, 1977, 1980 and 1982. In 1972 he won the pitching Tiple Crown by leading his league in victories, strikeouts and ERA that year. Carlton won one Gold Glove. In 1994 he was voted into the Hall of Fame and in 2000 he was named to the All Century Team.
