Roberto Clemente was a member of 10 All-Star teams and 2 World Championship teams. He won 4 league Batting Titles and 12 Gold Gloves. Clemente was selected the 1966 National League Most Valuable Player. In 1973, Clemente was inducted into the Hall of Fame following his tragic death in an airplane crash in 1973. In 2000 he was named to the All Century Team.
